Upcoming Groups

A process group is a place for you to be known, be brave, and be intentional about the life you want to have. When things get difficult and painful, it is human nature to hide and seek solitude. Research and lived-experience tell us that isolation leads to significant issues down stream, because, put plainly, YOU were created to be in community.

I am accepting Waitlist Requests for my in-person and online groups for Fall 2026. Groups confirmed are ‘Beyond Purity : A Shameless Post-Purity Movement’ both online and in-person in Southwest St. Louis, MO.

I will also be offering a weekly Codependency discovery group starting this fall based on the “Love is a Choice" workbook.
