Welcome!
I’m Heather Lefebvre.
Relationships are the heartbeat of life, and when I began to seek my own healing journey as an adult, it was the relationships that tethered me to the truths about my goodness. As you know, dysfunction is not created in a vacuum, and it won’t be healed in one either--we need the support of others to change.
That’s where I come in, as your story-keeper,
burden-bearer, and the believer in your goodness.
After growing up in Missouri, I spent 20 years in Nashville, Tennessee— where I fell in love with mental health in the non-profit sector, getting my Masters of Marital and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University. As of summer 2026 I call St. Louis, Missouri home, surrounded by family, and a strong community of healers. I am married and have 3 boys who keep life balanced, beautiful, and grounded.
I am a fully licensed Psychotherapist in Tennessee and Missouri. While I can only see TN and MO residents for individual, couples, or family therapy, keep a look out for workshops, process groups, and educational series open to anyone worldwide.
Treatment Methods
I am an attachment-based, neurobiologically-informed therapist, which is a wordy way of saying that I focus on the whole-person--mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I have seen people find new hope and healing through the introspective and transforming work of therapy, all in pursuit of a life that is deeply satisfying. I'm committed to providing every client an evidence-based approach to change that is founded on decades of validated research proving its effectiveness.
I utilize models such as Restoration Therapy, sandtray therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused as primary modalities. I am also passionate in purity-culture recovery, 12 Steps, parent-coaching, caregiver support, and sex therapy.
